  • Promoting municipal achievements and progress on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
  • Establishing contact with social media influencers to amplify the reach of municipal initiatives.
  • Handling complaints received through social media platforms and ensuring their resolution.
  • Event Management

    Organizing and managing all events conducted by the government and municipal corporation. Coordinating with dignitaries for their participation in events. Organizing ceremonies such as floral tributes on the birth and death anniversaries of dignitaries.

    Complaints and Grievance Redressal

    Collection and processing of complaints received through various portals such as PG Portal, SWAGAT Portal, and CM Portal.

    Citizen Meetings and Discussions

    Interacting with citizens to gather feedback, suggestions, and complaints. Holding discussions with citizens to address their concerns and improve municipal services.
