Handling of RTI Requests

The Coordination Branch is responsible for managing all RTI requests received by the municipal corporation. This includes processing, tracking, and responding to applications promptly and accurately.

First Appeal Hearing

Upon receiving a first appeal regarding RTI requests, the Coordination Branch arranges for the hearing process and ensures that all necessary procedures are followed diligently until a decision is reached.

Second Appeal Process

The Coordination Branch manages administrative tasks related to second appeals concerning RTI matters. This involves coordinating with relevant authorities and facilitating the appeal process effectively.
